The New PRO PACK® B6X9 Blister Sealing Machine is ready to go to work right out of the box. Just plug it in connect it to your air and start packaging your product/s... from one piece prototypes to as many as 500,000 pieces per year or more!
This machine is small enough to fit on a desktop, quite enough for the office and does the job of machines costing tens of thousands of dollars more.
Instant tooling changeover with this machine is ideally suited for short or long run production. The balanced heat platen, automatic thermostat, and self-aligning pressure system assure the proper sealing of materials every time.
With high quality standard cards and standard blisters in stock and ready to ship, you will have a low cost blister packaging system that will grown with your needs.

Blister Cards are made to provide the best adhesion with the fastest cycle time. They can be printed to match your art specifications and die cut to the finished size. Blister cards are available in a number of standard sizes. Special shapes, configurations, cutouts, etc. can also be accommodated.
